About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive – Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. The trainee will work closely with senior team members to learn lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online platforms, and cold outreach.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up with leads.
• Understand client requirements and assist in preparing solutions.
• Maintain records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Participate in business strategy and growth initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Having knowledge in IT field will be preferred.
• MBA (Pursuing/Completed) is a plus.
